Welcome to the PrintHaul FAQs! We’re a small independent business based in the USA, and we want your shopping experience to be smooth and worry-free. Below you’ll find answers to the most common questions about our custom products, exclusive designs, shipping, returns, and payments.

PrintHaul is a USA-based small business offering both exclusive designs and custom-made products. Whether you choose one of our original creations or upload your own artwork, every order is handled with care and delivered directly to your door.
At PrintHaul, we handle two types of products:
Custom Products → created after you place your order using your uploaded artwork, personalization, or design request. Production usually takes 2–5 business days before shipping.
Exclusive Designs → chosen from our signature PrintHaul collection. These are designed in-house and prepared for shipment quickly.
Either way, your product is fresh, high-quality, and delivered straight to you.
We currently ship within the USA only. Orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days after production is complete.
You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Yes — but only within 1 hour of placing the order. After that, production or packing begins and we cannot make changes or cancellations. Please double-check your size, color, and design before completing checkout.
Our policy depends on the type of item:
Custom Products: Final sale. We cannot accept returns or refunds unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Exclusive Designs: Eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
Return shipping for Exclusive Designs is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.
If your order is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent:
Contact us at support@printhaul.com within 5 days of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Once verified, we’ll remake or resend the item at no cost to you.
Yes. If an item was marked as a gift during checkout and it arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll send a replacement. Refunds are not available for gifts, and replacements are shipped only to the original shipping address.
We offer a mix of custom products and exclusive designs, including:
T-shirts, hoodies, and sweatshirts.
Mugs and drinkware.
Tote bags and accessories.
Other unique, personalized gifts.
We’re always adding new designs to keep our collection fresh.
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal. Payments are processed securely by trusted providers — PrintHaul does not store your card details.
