Refund & Return Policy

At PrintHaul, we proudly offer both exclusive ready-made designs and custom-made products tailored specifically for you. Because these product types are different, our refund and return policies apply accordingly.
Order Cancellations
- Orders may only be canceled within 1 hour of purchase.
- After production or packing begins, the order cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded.
- To request a cancellation within the eligible window, please email us immediately at contact@printhaul.com with your order number.
Returns & Exchanges
Custom Products
Items created with your uploaded artwork, personalization, or custom design requests are final sale. We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for these products unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We do not accept returns for:
- Customer errors in sizing, artwork, spelling, or design choices.
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Shipping delays caused by carriers.
👉 All custom product sales are final once the 1-hour cancellation window has passed.
Ready-Made Products
For ready-made designs from our PrintHaul collection, we accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is:
- Unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- Returned with the original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives with a verified defect or damage caused by us or during shipping, we will gladly replace it.
To request a replacement:
- Contact us at contact@printhaul.com within 5 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of:
- The full item.
- The specific defect or damage.
- The packaging and shipping label.
If the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility, we will remake or resend the item at no cost to you.
Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift during checkout and shipped directly to you, you may receive a replacement if it arrives damaged or incorrect.
- Refunds are not available for gifts, but we will replace defective or incorrect items as per our damaged item policy.
- Replacements for gifts will only be shipped to the original shipping address listed on the order.
Refunds
- Refunds are only issued in rare cases where a ready-made return is approved or a production error is confirmed.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your card issuer or payment provider.
Return Address (For Approved Returns Only)
Do not send products back without prior approval. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
If a return is approved, we will provide the correct return address and instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for items over $75. PrintHaul is not responsible for lost return shipments.
